Really nice designs, how do you go about getting your ideas?

stephen Silver said...

Thanks all.In answer to 3dsketchbook. Alot of my ideas just come from drawing so much in my sketchbook. I will recall certain people and just draw. All our faces are made of the same features, It's just a matter of shape and placement.

Fantastic as usual, Stephen! Didn't know they were still making new KP episodes. Cool!

I left a message for you on your phone ages ago. Not sure if you got it. Gimme a ding if you're still interested in noon time eats :)

Awesome characters Stephen!!! How do you find drawing on the Cintiq compared to pencil on paper? I'm considering getting one.

Thanks,

Hans

Hans,

I love that cintiq, it actually for some reason lets me take more risks. The feeling is just like drawing on paper, just without an original. But it is well worth it. give it a go.

Steve lambe

shoot me an e-mail and lets get together for lunch soon.

Saw the latest Danny Phantom, and this time I recognized those construction guys you posted a while back. Great stuff!

You talk about chariacture alot. Well, remebering that in the back of my mind, not long ago I was at an amusement park and there was...a chariacture artist! I went, thinking it would be cool, but the end product was...not sure how to describe it, but it definately deserves an exclamation mark. He made me look devious, cunning! Sinister! Me, looking sinister! Oh, the shame. It wasn't that bad, I guess...but come on!
