Well, I've been in the industry for quite some time now, and people always say, "Why don't you pitch your own show". Well there are many reasons, but here is a little section of a development piece that my creative partner Frank Rocco and I have been pitching.

Awesome. It would be great to see a monster toon. Love the different kinds of characters you have in the picture.

HEY STEPHEN JUST THOUGHT YOU LIKE TO SEE THIS...

IT COMES FROM MIKE KUNKEL'S BLOG :)

YOU PROBABLY ALREADY KNOW ABOUT IT

FROM MIKE'S BLOG:

hey all,

i wanted to pass along something cool to you to check out ...i recently had the privilege to meet the author/photographer for an absolutely awesome brand new book coming out from Dark Horse.

it is entitled "The Artist Within"
it is such a great book that profiles so many legendary cartoonists and comic book artists.

wonderful pictures and small bios of people such as Sergio Aragones, Jack Kirby, Al Hershfeild, Big Daddy Roth, Mort Drucker, Jack Davis, ... it is very inspiring and cool to see them all in there "studios."

and actually it's helped me explain to my kids who some of the famous cartoonists are that i sometimes babble on about.

;)

anyway,if you get the chance, go and peruse it and you may find something for an early Christmas gift.

:)

all the best,
mike . . .

Yo Silver!

I love this image!!!! Great designs and awesome color!!! I'm a little sad there aren't any fat-old men in it, however. ;)

Best of luck with the pitch!!

The designs alone make me curious for this pitch. Looks interesting enough! I tink I'd definately watch it.

By the way, visiting your site, I stumbled upon wildforce- any chance of that one becoming a series someday? I'd definately see it and I think it conveys a great message!

Lookin' forward to more of your work, you're truly an inspiration for aspiring artists such as myself ^^

Thanks. I do have plans for the wildlife force. I am pursuing other avenues for it other than T.V animation right now. Stay tuned.
