I was drawing at home last night and just started drawing this crotesque picture. In a way it kind of reminded me of my dad when he sleeps watching the T.V, although he looks nothing like this and is not this fat. However, it was my memory of an image that inspired this rough sketch.

When I first saw this picture, I assumed he was somebody you had seen during your lunch break. It made me concerned about where you were having lunch.

They don't frighten me , they are just so fun to draw. And since everyone else draws hot women, I want to be the guy that draws fat men.

I think fat people are more interesting to draw sometimes. Maybe it's the round shapes or something, but I dig it. And I dig this drawing too!

The odds are against us artists! Everytime I draw in public I'm surrounded by fat people!
But I say, ¡Viva la portly patrons! - they're fun to draw.
